Payment Terms

All payments must be made in advance. We accept payments through local payment methods including bank transfers, eSewa, Khalti, and IME Pay. Currency conversion rates are determined at the time of transaction.

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayGate Nepal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
